At Last Crush, we are passionate about providing high quality, small-batch wines that showcase the climate in each year. ​​

Established by two sisters in the Barossa Valley, our wines are small production and single barrel.​

Each year is different and with the years, the labels also change. We design unique art work for reach new variety with which we experiment, drawing inspiration from time spent at vintage, winemaking, and life experiences throughout the year.  

Like life, we believe wine doesn’t need to be taken too seriously, but should certainly be enjoyed.
