Grown in deep river sand over clay. Handpicked, cold soaked for 5 days. Half tonne of fruit crushed and fermented in a Nally bin, 10 days on skins. Basket pressed and aged in seasoned oak. Only 370 bottles ever made.
Tasting notes:
Hits your palette with blackberry, blackcurrant and clove with subtle notes of tomato leaf. 18 months in oak gives a fullness on the palate and lingers with mouthwatering richness.
Best paired with lamb chops and mashed potatoes drowned in gravy with salsa verde to accompany.

Rhubarb, strawberry and cinnamon aromas with subtle herbaceous characters that give complexity and longevity on the palette. An elegant, velvety soft wine that leaves you wanting more after each sip.
Best paired with creamy capsicum sauce over handmade fettuccine.
